The Center for Health Analytics and Informatics works with a diverse set of federal, industry, healthcare, and academic partners to tackle the most challenging problems in healthcare research and delivery on a patient and population level.

Our Center has four key goals:

The creation of a harmonized health data ecosystem across diverse data types including structured, unstructured, on-body, genomic, and patient reported data

The creation and adoption of standardized open source platforms for health analytics, incorporating advanced machine learning, natural language processing, sensors, and deep phenotyping

The promotion and development of health interoperability protocols such as FHIR and OHDSI

The application of user experience design and evaluation to evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven healthcare intervention

This work has been manifested in the development of the Georgia Tech Health Data Analytics Platform (HDAP).  Learn more at www.hdap.gatech.edu.
